This rate include:
* One visit a week
* Test water
* Add chemical to maintain a proper water
balance
* Skimming the surface and bottom
* Vacuum
* Brushing
* Empty skimmer basket(s), pump basket,
automatic cleaner bag or canisters
* Monitor filtration system for proper
function and backwash as needed
* Inspect pool equipment and automatic
cleaner to ensure proper performance

No matter what is your issue, the pool guy Katy, have the knowledge and the expertise; for repair or replace:
pumps, motor, filter, mechanical timmer and
more .......
ACID WASH
You may also decide on acid wash not because of swamp conditions, but just to bring out the brighter finish.
If your pool has stains the cannot be eliminated trough chemical treatment of the water, an acid wash may be necessary to restore the look of your swimming pool.
